Dr. Glen Bradley is the retired CEO of CIBA Vision Group (1986 - 2003), a global eyecare company that developed, marketed, and manufactured ophthalmic devices and ophthalmic pharmaceuticals. Dr. Bradley serves as a director of Refocus Group, Inc., Biocure, Inc. and Rosedale Medical, Inc.
Dr. Peter F. Drake is Managing General Partner, Mayflower Partners, a healthcare investment fund. Previously, Dr. Drake was a co-founder of Vector Securities International and Biotech Analyst/Director at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Dr. Drake also co-founded Vector Fund Management, a healthcare venture capital fund and Deerfield Management, the first healthcare hedge fund. Dr. Drake serves as a director of Trustmark Insurance Co. and Cortex Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Wilbur H. Gantz is Chairman and CEO, Ovation Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on underpromoted branded pharmaceuticals and promising, late-stage development products in the neurology and oncology fields. Formerly, Mr. Gantz was Founder, Chairman and CEO of PathoGenesis Corp. and President and COO of Baxter International Inc. Mr. Gantz serves as a director of The Gillette Co., The Gambro Co., W.W. Grainger & Co. and Harris Financial Corp.
Dr. Stephen D. Klyce is Professor of Ophthalmology and Cell Biology/Anatomy at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He is an Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Tulane University. Dr. Klyce is an expert in the fields of corneal physiology, corneal topography and corneal refractive surgery, with over 400 publications on these topics. Dr. Klyce was one of the first to publish on the correlation between dim light vision problems and large pupils in refractive surgery patients.
Robert Lepkowski is Partner and Founder of the Emerging Resources Groups in Wilmette, Illinois. Mr. Lepkowski is a retired venture capitalist with many years of successful experience, most notably at Hancock Venture Partners in Boston, Massachusetts. His investments have included Sun Microsystems, Boston Beer Company and Costco, as well as investments in bringing global companies to Central Europe.
Dr. Marguerite B. McDonald is the Director of the Southern Vision Institute, New Orleans, LA and Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology of Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. Dr. McDonald is a pioneer and leader in the field of refractive surgery. Dr. McDonald has published over 300 articles and over 50 books and book chapters on various refractive topics. She most recently served as the first female president of the American Society for Refractive and Cataract Surgery.
